RS CTI-CFF Visit to Papua New Guinea #Day 1

The Regional Secretariat of CTI-CFF pays a visit to Papua New Guinea (PNG) in preparation for the 12th Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM) and the 6th Ministerial Meeting (MM) of CTI-CFF. The events are scheduled to be conducted in Port Moresby on 31 October - 3 November 2016.

Some positive meeting results with Senior Officials of PNG:

1. Updates of Activities of the CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat, including but not limited to Deputy Executive Director (DED) Selection Process; Partners co-operations; CTI-CFF CT-COM and CSO Chairmanship turnover; and full operation of Manado's CTI-CFF Headquarter.

2. PNG has ratified the Agreement on the Establishment of CTI-CFF.

3. Proposed date for PRE SOM Meeting: 31 October 2016; SOM 12: 1-2 November 2016; and MM 6: 3 November 2016

The RS CTI-CFF's team represented by Widi A. Pratikto, Ph.D. and Cepy Syahda will continue the visit until 20 July 2016 to meet with the related stakeholders in PNG.
