The project aims to conduct a pilot National Fisheries Household Census for Timor-Leste to support sustainable alternative livelihoods and Food Security programs for communities in Coastal Communities through Poverty Reduction Initiatives that take into account Ecoystem-based Fisheries Management (EAFM) and Integrated Coastal Management (ICM).
This document was presented by the Timor-Leste CTI NCC at the first CTI High Level Financial Roundtable in Manila on May 3, 2012.
